Testimonials

I was given Brenda's number when I called Flint Ridge Resort and inquired about a property online that I was interested in. I am a combat veteran with PTSD and a first time home buyer, so I needed an agent that is both understanding and patient. From the first phone call I felt comfortable and confident that Ms. Sullivan would find my wife and I the home in which we would spend the rest of our lives. Brenda did exactly that. We just closed on our little sanctuary in Flint Ridge. We could not be happier! Brenda was professional and patient, guiding me through every aspect of the purchase process. She explained to me what to expect and took the time to address any concerns that my crazy mind would come up with. If you are considering moving up to this beautiful area in Eastern Oklahoma, I highly recommend Brenda Sullivan, with Crye-leike Realtors.

Benda Sullivan made my first home buying experience so special! She was so amazing in how she really cared and took care of my needs. Actually she is my rea estate angel !! Thank You.

Brenda Sullivan went above and beyond to handle this very difficult transaction in a professional manner with respect for both parties. I was astonished at her knowledge of Flint Ridge in general and her ability to answer our questions Russian that at least someone is and give us extra information we Needed I consider her a friend now. And she was easy to contact. I think this transaction must have taken 100 contacts. It was very complicated

My wife and I were interested in Flint Ridge community and when I asked Flint Ridge administration they recommended Ms. Sullivan to call and talk with us about the features of Flint Ridge community. Ms. Sullivan is also a resident of Flint Ridge and really helped us to make a decision to become owners because of her knowledge, obvious expertise of Flint Ridge and pleasant attitude to show us the quality of Flint Ridge residents. My wife and I were ecstatically pleased with our experience with Ms. Sullivan and now consider her our friend and fellow resident of Flint Ridge.

We used Crye-Leike to sell our home and to buy a home. The sell was easy, but we had several issues come up over the purchase. Brenda stood with us throughout the process and we were finally able to close on a house that we felt was worth the investment and all the time and effort! Thanks Brenda!!

Brenda was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was our first real estate transaction so we had lots of questions and needed lots of hand holding. She was always available to talk to and did a wonderful job even while dealing with personal issues and delays. I would highly recommend her and will definitely do business with her again.

Brenda is by far one of the best relators we have worked with. Knowledgeable of the area and very accommodating and flexible with your schedule.

Brenda went way beyond the call of duty to provide anything I needed or requested. Have bought several homes and no other realtor has provided the extra services she did.
